The Fairy Tale Detectives By Michael Buckley

Sabrina and Daphne Grimm had been in an orphanage for about six months. One day, someone told them that their grandmother had been found, and they went to live with her. When they went to live with their Granny,they thought she was crazy because she told them fairy tales were real. But they have no choice but to believe her when she gets captured by a giant. Sabrina and Daphne try to come up with a plan to save their grandma. Along the way, they meet a boy named Puck. He was a fairy tale character from A Midsummers Night Dream. He tries to help Sabrina and Daphne find their grandma. Their's only one way to stop the giant, so Sabrina, Daphne and Puck get Jack the Giant Killer. Jack agrees to help them, but he just wants to do it for fame. Once the grandma is saved, Jack unleashed a lot of giants, so he could kill them and be famous. But the giants end up taking him to the giant kingdom. Sabrina, Daphne and their granny go home. But that is only the beggining of their adventures.
